As with most purchases, price may also be a consideration.  Decide what you really want, then see if you can find it in your price range.  If not, look through what you can afford and determine if any of those options are acceptable.  If possible, delay the purchase until you can afford what you really want.  Getting something that is good quality will allow you to use the device for many years without the need to replace your bong every two to three years, even with heavy usage.
