The equipment that is needed for legal herbal smoking is interesting and varied in design. Versions of this paraphernalia, which is used to inhale smoke from herbs or Herbal and Legal Highs, have been in use for thousands of years, throughout civilizations and right across the globe.
In the days of old residents of a specific region or country smoked whatever herbs were indigenous and available in that area. Today, with the Internet making everything and virtually anything accessible, anyone can have access to any kind of herb through online herb and smoking stores. Herb smoking is a big industry now and it is allowed in just about every country.

A bong, the apparatus through which the herbs are smoked, cannot be made of wood, ceramic or metals; glass is the material of choice for smoking bongs. In addition, not all herbs can safely be smoked; in other words, legal does not necessarily mean safe and one should be cautious when approaching this pastime. Read up (on the Internet or elsewhere) on the herbs you are about to use so that you will be aware ahead of time of the possible side effects and consequences. It is not recommended to mix different herbs; this practice, too, can have bad results, especially for the uninitiated. Legal highs can be obtained safely and enjoyably; a little forethought and caution is all one needs to get high safely.
